COVID-19 Travel Update: New cancellation policy
100% refund for cancellations within or less than 21 days prior to arrival due to Flight Restrictions/Cancellations or country restrictions due to a new COVID-19 outbreak in Greece or a new COVID-19 outbreak in the country of the guest.
For cancellations made 21 days (or more) prior to arrival, if no travel restrictions exist, other than the ones announced, either in Greece or in the country of the guest, the amount paid by the guest may be used as a credit for a new reservation. Guests may modify their reservation for a later date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) or may request a credit voucher for the full amount of the booking value for use at a future date.
100% charge of the stay in case of cancellation within (less than) 21 days prior guest’s scheduled arrival, if no travel restrictions exist, other than the ones announced, either in Greece or in the country of the guest, for non-show or departure prior to the scheduled date.
Please note: These policies apply to reservations made through Elounda Spa Villas directly. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
General confirmation and cancellation policy
Each time a guest books Elounda Spa Villas, hereinafter (ESV), the guest is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and furthermore is deemed to have agreed for personal data to be processed by ESV with regards to the Rental Contract. The Rental Contract is not effective until ESV has confirmed the Guest’s booking in writing.
The following deposit payment is applicable to ESV and must be received by ESV as to confirm a reservation:
30% deposit of the total rental amount.The remaining 70% balance is payable not less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following cancellation terms will generally apply
-Free cancellation made up to 60 days BEFORE arrival (the deposit is refunded).
-For cancellations made between 59 - 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit amount (30%), is forfeited.
-For cancellations made between 30 - 0 days prior to arrival date, no-show, early departure, the total amount of the reservation (100%), is forfeited.
