Orange is one of the most common and
popular fruit.This, because of the ready availability throughout the
year and its delicious taste. Grown worldwide in warm regions and has two
varieties, sweet -which are usually more aromatic-and more bitter.
Apart from being delicious, oranges also contain many essential for our body
nutrients such as vitamin A, B1 and C. One orange provides us with almost 100%
of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.
Also oranges are a good source of amino acids, beta-carotene, folic acid,
